1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at WYTWOODS Festival (“the Event”).
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The Organiser

3. Tickets
- All tickets are sold subject to availability.
- Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without written permission.
- We reserve the right to cancel any tickets that breach these terms.
- Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
If using Easol or another platform, their terms may also apply.
4. Event Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Change the event programme
- Change artists or line-up
- Change event timings
- Change site layout
Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
5. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the Event is:
Cancelled
You will be entitled to a refund of the face value of your ticket (excluding booking fees unless required by law).
Postponed
Tickets will usually remain valid for the new date.
Further instructions will be provided in the event of cancellation or postponement.
6. Admission & Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Event without refund for:
- Anti-social behaviour
- Drunken or illegal behaviour
- Failure to comply with security checks
- Breach of these Terms
Security searches may be in operation on entry.
7. Age Restrictions
- Strictly over 18′ ONLY
- Valid ID may be required.
- Challenge 25 may be in operation at bars.
We reserve the right to update age policies for specific areas.
8. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted on site (unless stated otherwise):
- Illegal substances
- Weapons
- Fireworks or flares
- Chinese lanterns
- Drones
- Glass (except small cosmetic items)
- Professional recording equipment without permission
Security may confiscate prohibited items.
9. Camping & Glamping
Where camping or bell tent accommodation is provided:
- Guests are responsible for their belongings
- Accommodation must be left in reasonable condition
- Damage may be charged to the lead booker
- Pitch allocations are at the organiser’s discretion
Further accommodation-specific rules may apply.
10. Personal Property
All property brought to the Event is at the owner’s risk.
WYTWOODS Festival accepts no responsibility for:
- Loss
- Theft
- Damage
11. Photography & Filming
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
Images and footage may be used for:
- Marketing
- Social media
- Promotional materials
If you have concerns, please contact us before the Event.
12. Health & Safety
Attendees must:
- Follow all safety instructions
- Comply with steward and security directions
- Respect the site and other guests
You attend the Event at your own risk.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to deliver the Event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Acts of God
- Venue issues
14. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WYTWOODS Festival shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of enjoyment
- Travel or accommodation costs
- Personal property loss
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Complaints must be submitted no later than 3 August 2026. Any complaints, refund requests or claims received after this date will not be considered.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always apply.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
